Melissa Cunningham is our ANCC-Board Certified Nurse Practitioner here at Pain Free Orlando Wellness Centers and Ovosk Med Spa. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Florida International and was accepted into the Nursing Honors Society. She has had extensive experience at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where she distinguished herself with a track record of excellence in comprehensive patient care as well as a clinical instructor at the University of Miami School of Nursing.
Melissa specializes in treatments for acute or chronic knee pain due to injury or osteoarthritis. These treatments include joint injections, therapeutic bracing and therapy programs that can help you regain your mobility, eliminate pain and get you back to doing all of the things you enjoy.
Not only can Melissa help you feel better, but within Ovosk Med Spa, she can help you look better with a variety of aesthetic procedures including Botox and Facial Fillers. In addition, she provides other youth restoring treatments such as Microneedling (Morpheus8) with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Hair Restoration, Diolaze (advanced laser hair removal), Forma (Radio Frequency Skin Tightening) and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) among other services.
Melissa will work closely with you to first understand your concerns and desires, and then develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Her favorite part of her job is seeing a client grow in self-confidence when they are able to achieve their individual physical or aesthetic goals. According to Melissa, what she enjoys most is” Helping to enhance each individual’s well-being and self-confidence, and witnessing the difference that feeling and looking better can make in their lives”.
Melissa grew up near Ft. Lauderdale and moved to Miami when she started nursing school. She now calls Central Florida home with her husband, son, and extended family. She is very artistic and found an outlet for her creativity as a photographer specializing in portraits of expectant Moms, children and families. Her love of travel and nature let her to visit Iceland, which due its unspoiled beauty, is her favorite destination to date. Future explorations with her family include hiking the U.S. National Parks and crossing the “pond” to see Scotland and Ireland.
Dr. Entwistle is a Chiropractic Physician with more that 30 years of clinical experience. He was born in Rockville Centre, New York, and is an honors graduate of Boston College, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. His graduate studies include programs at Georgetown University and New York Chiropractic College, where he graduated with honors.
Dr. Entwistle grew up on Long Island, New York and enjoys traveling to Europe (especially Italy, where his Mom’s family is from) with his wonderful wife, Maureen. He loves spending time with his sons, his daughter-in-law and his 2 amazing grandsons.
His other passion is golf and he hopes to travel to St. Andrews in Scotland (near where his Dad grew up) to play where the game was born!
Dr. Entwistle and his team are fluent in both English and Spanish.
Leslie has been a valued member of Pain Free Orlando Wellness team since he joined us in January 2011 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. He quickly distinguished himself with his wonderful caring attitude, vast skillset, and amazing work ethic, and moved up to the position of Office Manager-Patient Care Coordinator, where he has been ever since.
His passion and dedication to excellence in patient care stems from a desire to always provide the best possible outcomes for our patients and clients. He most recently completed his Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant training to add to his wealth of knowledge and enable him to provide an even higher level of service to our office. He is our “go to” guy that can answer and help with anything.
Leslie is a proud Air Force Veteran (We appreciate his service to our country.), served as a police officer, and has truly found his passion for helping people discover their best selves through our wide variety of joint injection procedures, therapies and aesthetic treatments. Originally from Panama City, Panama, he moved to the United States when he was 16. He has a passion for all things soccer which he began playing when he was a boy in Panama, and currently is one of Orlando City SC’s #1 fans! Leslie also enjoys playing Ping Pong with his wife and kids, and occasionally even lets them win!
Jordan has been an integral part of Pain Free Orlando/Ovosk Med Spa from day one. Her professionalism and ability to easily connect with patients/clients in a caring and compassionate way, makes her a huge asset to our team.
Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to our service offerings and is especially proficient in and passionate about CoolSculpting, where she formulates personalized treatment plans that ensure excellent results and a memorable experience for each of our clients. Jordan is an officially certified CoolSculpting® Specialist, having attended CoolSculpting® University in 2019.
Jordan is originally from Michigan and is a Michigan State fan, and moved to Florida in 2007. In her free time, Jordan loves to watch crime shows like “CSI”, and to spend time relaxing by the pool and hanging out with her husband and kids who are so important to her. Oh yes, Jordan is a devoted Orlando City SC fan too! Go Lions!
Xiomara is our Patient Liaison and the first smiling face you will see when you enter our office. With over 10 years of administrative experience and a strong military background, she takes pride in providing the highest level of patient/client service. Her goal is to ensure an excellent experience every time you call or visit our office.
Xiomara was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Her biggest inspiration was her mother, who taught her how to be strong and always give your best, professionally and personally, no matter the circumstances. As a young girl, Xiomara wanted to be a professional Latin dancer, but she heard the call to serve her country where she spent three and a half in the United States Army. She met her husband of 16 years while in the Army.
When not at work, Xiomara enjoys going on adventures with her husband and 3 children. They have traveled extensively up and down the east coast and they look forward to seeing more of the United States and creating more memories as a family.
